My 1944 Leyland Hippo MKII 6x4 10 tonner runs on 6- 14-00 x 20 22 ply bar treads. There's enough rubber in one to mould a set of tyres for most cars! One of the best tune ups you can do. Thrash the nuts off it! It kills or cures. Change the oil and filter hot and let it drain over night. Put some good quality oil in it and change the plugs. Flush the radiator and engine through and refill with a 50:50 mix of anti freeze and water. It should be go...

BTW. If you have a WW2 gas mask then DON'T wear it. There is asbestos in the filter. NOT a joke.
There are some very good copies around that are safe to wear. Also various rubber head gear and masks can be obtained from specialist suppliers.....er......so.......I have been told.
