Re: breakdown truck
Ahh a Thompson , I've thought about getting one a couple of times but unless you plan on doing some remodeling, it's not much of a home defense tool.

Re: breakdown truck

Trailer was very stable on the 400 mile drive home. The kid that usually pulls with my 3/4 ton chevy complained about wanting a diesel so i picked u...

Re: Welding Technology
I have a Clarke 190EN, it's not a bad welder but the cord is a bit short and do is the duty cycle when you have big jobs like building doors. The biggest problem with the Clarke is that it's a throw away welder. It's made in China and not well supported so when something goes out, I'm going to have ...

Re: Strada Rebirth
That's a really rusty car, only way to get it all is to strip it down to the shell and send it to the sand blaster.
Great effort and best of luck.

Re: Lightning strikes
So I managed to buy the tow rig I wanted at auction yesterday. It's a 2002 so not really a classic but with a V10 engine, it's somewhat interesting and will be hauling plenty of classics on my flatbed trailer. Needs paint :) https://scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/t31.0-8/14481995_10157606639720165_296...

A trip to my hobby shop and back (140 mile round trip) will run a tank out. I'm looking to buy an 02 Ford F350 with the 6.8 liter V10 as a replacement tow rig to m...
