Re: breakdown truck
Luxobarge, this needs restoration.. whats your opinion.. https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/2126219202.htm It really depends on what you want to do, it's a personal decision. If it were me, I wouldn't touch a restoration project, parts alone will cost a fortune and they're complex cars. I can't see ...

Re: Ford Anglia 106e (LHD) Estate - Now in the USA!
Lovely looking job , shame only you and the mot tester will see it .. Corrected that for you. No vehicle inspections out here! No testing at all? I'll bet there's some real sheds on the road... heaven  Not necessarily - remember that car wouldn't be tested here either, or at least it's not ...

Yeah, post up in the "for sale" section, I'd recommend making it clear that they are free though, I had many years of magazines and they ended up as pulp....

Re: Zel's Fleet Blog...Citroen, Mercedes, Sinclair & AC Model 70
Could I respectfully suggest that we keep discussion of the pandemic away from Zel's car blog thread? At least let's do it on an off-topic thread, or preferably not at all....

Re: What would you buy & why?
If you ever get to the stage of buying an XK8 that needs the headlining replacing (a common fault) I took mine to an excellent guy near Sandwich in Kent that did a brilliant job for a reasonable price, so let me know and I'll dig out the details. Cheers!

If you want to explore the option of a solid state regulator, I can strongly recommend this company: https://www.dynamoregulators.com/voltage-regulators.php He's more than happy to discuss requirements over the phone so you make sure you get the right one, I'd be surprised if they couldn't help. The...
