Footman James Show

Here’s a photo of the club stand which I organised for the Footman James show over the weekend. http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj320/JPSH120/Mobile%20Uploads/DSC_0630_zpss3ru2cvv.jpg A good selection of cars on show both in the halls and in the outdoor classic car park. Weather was reasonable al...

Re: What classic vehicles have you seen?

Although I can now see that the maxi was a pretty clever design for its time, I hated the one my parents had - HJT 677V. It was beige and just awful, I much preferred walking home from school in the pi$$ing rain that be seen in it! Oddly enough, my grandads maxi - PLH 990R was better, his was blue w...

Re: What classic vehicles have you seen?

No pictures but, on my travels yesterday I saw a Peugeot 205 cti and a volvo 960 estate. Both looking rather sorry for themselves and covered in mould.

You do seem to have a penchant for the cars of my youth. You do mean The Singer Chamois don't you? Pervert. I do, there...

Re: decisions and dilemmas

I think you would miss the mazda if you let it go. See if you can get a council lock up somewhere close, the midget should be OK in there as it is largely fibreglass.
