With regard to the chap in the mag thats converting the MGA from LHD to RHD, how can you just unplug the switches and plug them back in to the RHD dash? Would they not be too short? I am not too sure about the Moggy "resto", it sounds like a cheapskate way of doing a resto, although the chap did all the safety parts body wise and mechanical.So it is a safe car, but it is nice to see a restored car looking like new again with all shiny body and wheels, although you may be afraid...

The caption in the mag of the chap who has the black Rover 2600 sd1 in the "readers cars", states V8 beside it, but I thought the V8s only came in the 3500cc form?

Another classic car show on now on "Dis Turbo" with the lovely Bernie (of Leepu chop shop fame) where they are restoring an MGB with some yank.They lifted the car and the rear axel fell out..... .Fuzz, give them a dig out.Of course, Bernie pushing his weight around as usual.

Just wondering about the "repair" Sam did to the brake master cylinder by drilling out the end of it and pushing out the piston.In plugging the hole with the bolt and washer, would the piston not hit the end of the screw, even if it is a grub screw?Or is it only a chamber where the pipe is screwed o...

I noticed alot of European cars in that film, Escorts, Cortina,Opel,bedford van, Hunters, Avengers.I would have thought to have seen more Holdens etc (if I knew what they looked like) or other non descript Aussie/NZ type cars....odd!
