Re: Instrument bezels
I'd rather not because they have little tabs that have to be pulled back to separeate them from the instrument which once you do it a few times ruins them. I've got from holden (thanks for the tip) all the bezels i need for my TVR and Scimitar except one odd sized one which I will have to repaint be...

Instrument bezels
HI, I want to replace all the bezels on my guages, which i thought would be easy, but I'm really struggling to find a supplier. I would have expected this to be quite a common want>? Anyhow, I'm after the usal 52mm, as well as a speedo (around100mm) and a clock that comes in about 60mm. These are kn...

Re: Subscription
Sounds like the call centre monkeys are as bad as ever. My free gift from a gift subscription (from mother in law) was sent to her, yet I still got the magazines. Eventually I managed to speak to a supervisor through their complaints procedure (which of course was a load of work, hassle and time) bu...

Re: Plastic dashboard repairs?
Some vinyl I had bought for some trim repairs.
It was a "modern" vinyl, not a "vintage vinyl" and the type of vinyl meant the woolies stuff didn't work. That is what they told me. Sorry that's all I know.

Re: Plastic dashboard repairs?
I tried the woollies stuff and it didn't work. At least they gave me a full refund and they knew why. The modern types of plastic are not suitable for their product. They know their onions though. I was dissapointed but their service is good and that counts for a lot.

Re: Dead compressor - any tips?
All the compressors I and my dad have, have a reset button. This had me scratching my head until I found it. My dad was about to break his draper compressor for spares because it was" dead" when I suggested the reset button he didn't know about. It works fine now! On the inside of the plastic cowlin...

Ford 4 Speed woes
So here you all are!! I am all alone with no one to help me :-( The problem is that I had a lunched overdrive on my scimitar. I removed the gearbox and overdrive in one and then attempted to remove the overdrive so I could fit the rather expensive recon unit. This car has a LH overdrive, as featured...
