We made it safely even with 2 hours on the M25. I cheered when I got on the M3 Fiat was fixed just in time. Volvo was faultless, might have pushed some oil out of the engine on the A303 but was having fun :twisted: I don't miss London even taking into account the trauma of moving! We were living in ...

Today we are leaving London for a new life in Somerset. A massive change and incredibly stressful. I took the plunge last week and did the required gymnastics (I'm a big fella) to get under the dashboard and fix the fuel gauge. Turns out some b****** had attached the wrong wire to the gauge. Only took me 6 years to sort! I did look at new fiestas at the time of buying (shudder).

I'm with Footman James. I've just got their standard included breakdown cover. On average (in London) it's been about an 1hr 20mins from them taking my call to the truck coming out. They use Lantern Group but may be different across the country. Most of them just seem to want to recover the car but ...
