I'm clearing out the loft. And I have found whole series of Performance Car and Car mags from 1990 onwards. These feature what are now classic cars. Anyone want them before I head to the tip with them?
Cheers
Nick

Re: Tyre fitting to wires near Ipswich
In the end I used a local fitter who were ok. But to cure the major wheel wobble of my existing tyres I ended up at Evergreen Garage in Crowfield. Highly recommended. Very classic friendly, thorough and great value.

Re: Tyre fitting to wires near Ipswich
Hiya Peter
Hope you are well. It's a Morgan Plus 4... but you probably wouldn't let me in as it's 2012.
Thanks

Tyre fitting to wires near Ipswich
Hi
I'm after a new tyre on a wire wheel with a knock on hub, and need it balancing too. Anyone know of a fitter near Ipswich where I could get this done who would have the necessary cones and take care of the rim band etc.
Thanks
Nick

Thanks Peter. And surely imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!?
BTW, Henham Wings and Wheels has just been cancelled for this Sunday, so no trip in the van and no playing air traffic controller

MoT in Ipswich/Suffolk
Hi folks,
Anyone know of a classic friendly MoT tester in or around Ipswich, Suffolk.
Last year's experience resulted in a broken window winder mechanism....
Cheers,
Nick

So my renewal for Practical Classics happened this month. An automatic payment by direct debit for £49.15. A bit steeper than I thought it would be for "loyalty", especially with the last issue offering 26 issues for £50. Seems that it might be worth cancelling the subscription each year, buying a f...
