Don't forget that in the original question the insurer wasn't mentioned but a wait of 3 hours for recovery was unacceptable and so it was more about any experience of the Breakdown Service provided as part of the insurance deal. Good to have you back - and to read the updates on the progress (or not) on the rest of the fleet. Pleased that you are so busy with the new business but the downside of that is an unfinished house and cars that need your attention - perhaps you need a holiday . . . . . . :D
